Prolis Help Manuals are in the PDF format and are available to you either view on line or download for later offline use.
These manuals provide a detailed description of the functionality of various Prolis routines with screen snapshots and examples.

Prolis Interactive Help Available on/after 06/01/2009
Prolis Interactive Help is Web application with the 'Text Search' capability to find help topics based on the keywords entered in the 'Search' criteria.

Telephone support is available only to registered Prolis users between the hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Support phone number is provided to you at the time of the registration.
A free post installation telephone support is provided for a period of 3 months. Past 3 months period of free support, you have options of using either 'Pay per Instance' phone support or an yearly subscription phone support. Please contact us for the paid support pricing.
